After being unveiled to the world press, the new Alfa Romeo Junior received first acknowledgement for its design thanks to a readers’ survey conducted by the specialized German magazine AUTO ZEITUNG: it’s the prestigious “Design Trophy”, which rewards the finest design in the "Small Cars/City Cars/Compacts" category. There were sixty-three competing models in the running.
